By using the store or ordering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and referenced policies. You must have legal capacity to enter a binding purchase agreement.
Product information
We aim for accurate dimensions, quantities, materials, colors, personalization options, intended use, availability, and images. Screen settings and normal production variation may affect appearance.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel it for stock, payment, pricing, personalization, fraud, shipping, legal, or other reasonable operational reasons.
Prices and payment
Prices may change before purchase. The checkout total governs the submitted transaction, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damage claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Safe setup and venue rules
Follow all mounting, load, flame, electrical, food-contact, weather, supervision, and disposal instructions. Customers are responsible for confirming venue permissions and suitability.
Intellectual property
Branding, photographs, graphics, text, and store design are owned by or licensed to us and may not be commercially exploited without permission except as allowed by law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, event disruption, or missed occasion caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing limits non-excludable rights or liability.
